The founder, Mr. Zhong Fuquan, organized it in Hong Kong in October 2017 and officially registered in September 2020 as a non-profit organization. The Association is committed to planning various large-scale events, based on traditional culture and art, combined with innovative technology, digital finance and network interconnection, and provides a unique global cultural creation exchange platform with the international cultural and historical background of the book collection.

      We hope to build a stable organizational structure and management system, and eventually grow into a world-class international cultural organization, promoting China Broad and profound art, and profound cultural heritage.     The Association is committed to providing global members with book ticket creation contests, exhibitions, education promotion, collections and auctions of different themes, and to carry out various related training and charity exchange activities . Preliminary success

     Since its official establishment in 2020, the Association has held several international book collection contests with different themes. More than 23 different countries and regions have participated in the competition, and the number of members who have competed, judged and voted has exceeded 4,000. It included the hard work of more than 300 professional artists, and more than 130 teenagers and children also actively participated in learning to make book tickets. For the past entries, 32 professional consultants and 17 art directors served as judges, and selected a series of outstanding works. The limited works will be collected by the Association and used for charitable donations and charity sales in the future. The entries were promoted online, and more than 4,000 enthusiast members voted for and appreciated them.
